    How to practice mindfulness?

    Through guided and structured exercises in lying, sitting or moving postures.
    Ensuring a progression, an understanding that registers and spreads over time.

    When the need arises, around activities that we all encounter in our daily lives, these altogether ordinary moments that can turn into extraordinary moments.
