NATURE EVENTS / WORKSHOPS : Discover the full potential of wild plants:


Wild plant identifications and recipes:

- Learn to use wild plants for cooking, make syrups, oily macerates, balms, cosmetics (from 15 years old).

Plant decorations:

- Realization of decoration with plants that we find around us, create with natural materials (from 15 years old).

Plant prints on fabrics or papers:

- Realization of printing of leaves, stems and flowers on fabric or paper and create your composition for your small fabric bag (from 15 years old).

Gemmotherapy:

- Realization of gemmotherapy elixir: liquid mixture in which the buds will macerate, picking, manufacture of the gemmotherapy bottle as well as its conservation and use (from 15 years old).

Realization of incense, fumigation sticks:

- Harvesting and creating incense and fumigation, and shaping them (from 15 years old).

Awakening of the senses:

- Sylvotherapy session, outdoor forest bath, playful sensory awakening experiences to better connect with each of your 5 senses. The rhythm will be slow in order to really feel the senses that we are not used to using on a daily basis. Vegetable tasting (from 15 years old).

Rebalancing massage:

- personalized manual and energetic massage, clothed, on a table in a peaceful environment. Tree prints are oils containing subtle information from a tree, which are put in specific places on the body, in small quantities (from 15 years old).


These workshops are offered to you in Bouan (village between Les Cabannes and Tarascon/Ariège).

Equipment offered:
- Harvesting workshops: basket with shears, scissors and small paper bags.
- Plant printing workshops: a hammer, a board, plastic sheets, scissors, fabrics, paper.

The various activities and/or workshops offered: half-day 2h30 or 3h00 - day 5h00 or 6h00
