Waterploof - Whitewater

Waterploof invites you to let yourself slide down the river "Ariège", an incomparable site at the foot of the mountains, in the Regional Natural Park of the Pyrenees. Large lake at the start , make the crews and choose your boat.
Descent of the river for 6 km (Sinsat-Ussat) or 12 km (Sinsat-Bompas), return minibus shuttles provided.
For a day or half a day, choose to be accompanied by a professional whitewater instructor who will share on his knowledge with you, or go on your own by renting equipment.
These activities are accessible to all audiences, experienced or uninitiated practitioners on adapted routes. Canoe-kayak rental (€ 5 / person) or stand-up paddle (€ 10 / person) on the lake.

The services offered: shaded parking and picnic tables, waterproof containers, route map and personalized advice.
Depending on the weather, we provide neoprene wetsuits and socks as well as windbreakers.
Possibility of an "aquatic day":morning canoe-Kayak and afternoon raft or cano-raft in Foix, or in the morning: Stand Up Paddle - afternoon: canoe-Kayak

Covid-19 information: 
- systematic disinfection of all equipment (paddle, helmet, vest and waterproof cans), 
- wearing of a mask and hydro-alcoholic gel on the hands compulsory in the return minibus, 
- reception:  only one person for payment, outside cloakroom.
